Program Highlights
TIV (Total Insured Value):
TIV over $750,000 and under $100,000 is not acceptable
Dwelling age 25 years or less qualify for RCV coverage
Dwellings over 25 years without full updates will not qualify for RCV coverage
and will be written on an ACV basis.
Acceptable Types of Dwellings include
Detached, semi-detached, townhome/row home,
accessory dwelling unit, and tiny home.
