Work which involves a variety of minor repair work in a household environment

Including, but not limited to small painting work.
Minor drywall repairs.
Minor carpentry repairs.
Fixing broken glass panes or windows.
Repairing or replacing screens.
Locks, wallpapering, or cleaning gutters.

Handypersons may also install items such as ceiling fans to existing electrical work, incidental plumbing limited to minor items like faucets or toilet removal and replacement, and do caulking around windows, doors, and other openings.
