For painting contractors managing both exterior and interior projects, obtaining comprehensive liability insurance is crucial to safeguard against the various risks inherent in the trade.
 

What we're looking for:
  • Beautification, decoration and restoration of residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Includes surface preparation work, using scrapers, wire brushes, blow torches, electric paint removers or by sandblasting.
  • Use of sandpaper, brushes or steel wool.
  • Nail holes, cracks and joints are filled with putty, plaster or other fillers.
  • Painters may then apply a primer coat and/or sealer to produce a suitable base on which to apply the new coating.
  • Paint is applied by brush, roller, or by compressed air, airless or electrostatic spraying. Several coats may be necessary to complete the project.
