SGA has been adding new markets and products.
We are a full-service wholesaler capable of assisting you with virtually any risk that doesn’t fit one of your direct markets.
 
New Products/New Capabilities
Farm Property, including Rural Estates -we’ve partnered with a new market that writes Farm & Ranch, Rural Estates and poultry houses on either a monoline property or package basis. It complements our book of farm liability business. If you have a Farm GL account with us, give us a shot at the property!
Real Estate Investors -a carrier who has been writing dwelling and LRO schedules in the northeast and west coast has appointed SGA as part of their expansion into the southern U.S. If you have a client with an investment portfolio of 20 units or more (can be any number of buildings), we can help with competitive options. Check us out! Of course, we continue to write smaller schedules, too!
Monoline Property -a softening pricing environment has made us more competitive on property only policies, and we’ve added new markets, especially for better quality risks in the retail, consumer, habitational, hospitality and office segments. Outside of Louisiana and Florida, we can entertain buildings that are as close as 5 miles from salt water.
Excess & Umbrella -we’ve added markets that can provide limits of $10MM or more on either a GL only (excess) or umbrella (over the GL, Auto and WC) basis. This is one of our fastest growing lines.
