  3. Scroll to CPL rater, click link.
  4. Complete quick quote for indication.
  5. Proceed to application process.
  6. Preview application.
  7. Submit for signatures.
  8. Sign it and bind it!
Desired Risk Dwelling consists of the following:
  • Owner Occupied.
  • Seasonal/Secondary Occupied.
  • Tenant Occupied.
  • Vacant Land.
  • Condominium Units (COI from Association)
  • Mobile Homes. (max age Limit of 35 years)
  • Vacant Dwellings (Up for sale, between tenants; 2-year max).
  • Vacant/Renovations. (COI from GC)
  • Camps (No water exposures).
  • Camper/Travel Trailers (No rentals, permanently anchored).
Limits of Liability:
$50,000, $100,000, $300,000 CSL,
$500,000 CSL – Owner Only

Medical Expenses:
